Capital Investigations is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from how a client uses the information provided. Clients assume full responsibility for any legal or personal consequences arising from their use of our services.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any case if we determine that it involves illegal activity, poses a safety risk, or breaches our ethical standards. In such instances, we may choose to refund the unused portion of the payment, at our discretion.
9. Non-Defamation Clause
Clients agree not to publish or share false, defamatory, or malicious statements about Capital Investigations, its team members, or services. Any concerns must be addressed directly with our team in writing. Should disputes arise, clients agree to resolve them through appropriate legal channels, rather than public forums.
10. Jurisdiction
All legal matters or disputes arising from these terms or our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
11. Communication and Delivery of Reports
Depending on the case, we may deliver findings either verbally or in written format. Clients will be informed of the reporting method prior to case initiation.
